We match our treatments—and our therapists—to each patient to ensure compatibility and achieve the best possible outcomes. Typically, we use ART and EMDR therapy to help individuals with trauma treatment and healing, while DBT is useful for emotion regulation and relapse prevention. CBT is often useful in a wide variety of situations. Your initial assessment and first few sessions will help us create a personalized treatment plan based on your unique needs.

How Are Individual Therapy Sessions Structured?

At Therapy Utah, our experts guide you through a multi-stage healing process:

  • Education, Hope, & Direction: identifying the principles of recovery, learning to build trust, and setting goals.

We don’t work with insurance directly, but we do provide the paperwork you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if they cover our services. Why we do this: to ensure your privacy. Not sharing your health information with insurance companies protects your privacy.

Additionally, our payment plans ensure that we’re able to reinvest more resources into supporting and training our therapists. What Does it Cost to Book an Appointment at Therapy Utah?

New client intake sessions at Therapy Utah cost $150 and last 50–60 minutes.

Our therapy sessions range from $125 to $200 (depending on your therapist) and last 50–60 minutes each.

Psychological evaluations cost:

  • $1200 for children under 12 years old
  • $1500 for children 12–17 years old
  • $1800 for adults (ages 18+)

The LIFT Program costs $225 per month.
