Meet the Therapist

At Therapy Utah, we’re invested in your healing process. When you come to us for help, you’ll be matched with a trained and licensed therapist whose methods and communication style provide the best possible support for you and your needs.

Natasha Griffiths, MSW-I

Intern

Kim Millett
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to make sense of what you’re experiencing? You don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward clarity and healing.

I work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective and enjoy supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I’m especially interested in how trauma, neurodiversity, family systems, and environmental stressors shape the way we experience ourselves and our relationships.

I believe each person already has the capacity for growth and resilience, and therapy is a place to reconnect with those strengths. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, identify meaningful goals, and build practical skills that support emotional well-being and everyday functioning.

Above all, I value showing up with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you’re seeking support through a difficult season or hoping to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
