Taylor Millet is a Therapist at Therapy Utah. He received his undergraduate degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University and is pursuing a graduate degree in Social Work at the University of Utah. He has lived in Utah his whole life and is very familiar with Utah culture.
Taylor’s interest in therapy stems from a desire to help others enjoy life fully. He believes clients have the wisdom and strength to live well and believes his role is to help them access those inner resources and provide education and guidance where needed. Taylor works with children, teens, and adults.
Taylor has received training in a variety of therapy modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy and has experience working with individuals with addictions; his training and experience allow him to effectively work with a variety of clients and a wide spectrum of issues. Taylor is particularly interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, faith crisis, and depression.
Taylor enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, painting, meditating, learning, and connecting with friends and family.
