Taylor earned his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Utah Valley University and his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University (which is totally a real place!) Taylor knew from a young age he wanted to be a therapist to help others. Taylor knows that life is just hard sometimes and that a good sense of humor and positive attitude can only go so far when the tough times come.
Taylor is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which successfully treats: anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, Attachment Disorder, self-esteem, grief, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Sexual Dysfunction, psychosis, chronic pain, and trauma.
Taylor is also trained in Gottman Couples Therapy, Attachment-Focused Family Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Brief Strategic Therapy, Seven Challenges, and SMART Recovery. Taylor loves working with couples, families, teens, and adults of all ages.
