I have expertise in addressing life changes and transitions, relationship trauma, addictive behaviors, and managing depression, anxiety, and anger.
I utilize a wide range of therapeutic methods, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Relational Trauma Repair, Mindfulness and Mindfulness Stress Reduction and Relapse Prevention (MBSR).
