Everyone needs help at some point in their life. I strive to help my clients feel safe through strong support, understanding, and validation, get to the root of the situation and find healing. I try to create an environment where people can be themselves.
Gail’s specialties include trauma, substance abuse, co-dependency, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and emotional intelligence. She has mastered the use of a variety of techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play therapy and sand-tray therapy.
Gail has years of experience working with children, teens, adults, veterans, couples, families and groups. She has worked with diverse backgrounds, races and socio-economic status. She has worked in residential treatment, child and family services drug court, non-profit and private practice.
Gail graduated with honors and a Leadership Certificate from Utah Valley University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Social Work. She received her Masters of Social Work from University of Utah.
