Kelly graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Psychology and is currently in her final practicum in the Master of Social Work program at Sacred Heart University. Kelly is a client-centered therapist with a gift for connecting with children, teens, and adults. Her compassionate approach helps clients feel safe and supported during the therapeutic process. Kelly believes that all people have an innate capacity for healing, and she is skilled in helping clients discover effective strategies that bring lasting results.
Kelly has experience working with children, teens, and families and is passionate about parenting issues and family dynamics. She loves using play therapy techniques with younger clients and also enjoys working with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and other concerns. She uses a variety of therapeutic techniques including those based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy.
