To Our Valued Clients,
As we have been monitoring and tracking the progress of COVID-19 we have decided to make the move to online/phone sessions only starting Monday, March 30th. Your health, and the health of our staff, is of the utmost importance to us. We appreciate your understanding as we make this temporary transition. We will continue with this restriction through at least April 30th or until we are confident that it is in the best interest of our clients and staff to return to normal business operations.
Things to Know:
Our office staff will still be working virtually to assist you via phone, email, and text. If you have any scheduling or billing questions they can still be reached at (385) 254-3522 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Marketing Director, Kylee Ostler, will be answering any questions you have regarding accessing LIFT group information on-line. You can contact her at (702) 727-0193 or email email@example.com.
Please call if you or someone you know is feeling overwhelmed, we want to help our community through this. During this time crisis sessions will be charged at the same rate as normally scheduled sessions. Our team has arranged times in their schedules for crisis sessions.
Your clinician will be sending you a link for your Zoom session prior to your session beginning. If you would prefer a phone call, let your clinician know and they will let you know the number they will be calling from.
We have some suggestions to ensure you have the best session possible:
- Give yourself a quiet and private space. This doesn’t have to be anything elaborate, some clients find that sitting in their car is the space that works for them with the least amount of interruptions.
- Turn off all other devices to avoid distractions.
- Turn off all notifications/alerts for the device you are using.
If you are scheduled to attend a session with someone else (i.e. spouse, child, etc) and they are not with you at the time of the session, we ask that you alert the office so your clinician is aware that a link can be sent to more than just you. Anyone who needs to be included in the session will be able to join via the link sent so you can still engage in therapy together, even if you are not physically together.
If you have sessions scheduled through the rest of this week, prior to March 30th, and wish to move to an online session (and haven’t done so already), please let the office know and we will make the adjustment now.
We appreciate your trust in us. We want you to know that our entire team has had many discussions about how to best serve you and yours.
We are here to help if you have any questions!
