Children’s Emotional Fitness Group
An In-person Group Limited to 10 Children

Thursdays 10am – 11:30am
June 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th
Includes all four sessions.
Who
What to Expect
- 90 min weekly group sessions over the span of 4 weeks.
- Your child will learn how to build their social confidence, understand their emotions, and improve their communication skills, all while having fun!
Week 1: What are emotions?
Week 2: Emotional Regulation & Coping Skills
Week 3: Communication Skills & Practice
Week 4: Stress Management
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are available up to 15 days before the workshop. Up 7 days prior to the workshop, you can transfer full credit to another workshop, therapy session, or group (less a $35 administrative fee). Less than one week before the workshop, no refunds are available.
Clinician
Kiera Kuck
Kiera loves children and has been working with them in the therapy setting since 2021. She believes that when children are able to learn how to feel, express, process, and talk about their emotions, it sets them up for success. With these skills, they are able to calm their systems, more effectively manage relationships in their lives, problem solve when challenges arise, and create safety within themselves. In working with the children in this group, she hopes to promote their growth and progress throughout their journey in life.
